Taylor Bends Limited specializes in the bending, rolling and manipulation of tubes - round, oval, square and rectangular - in mild steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium, as well as solid bars and flat bars. We also have facilities for creating spiral or helical coils and handrails, including welding and fabrication work, and for scribing tube ends. And the most recent addition to our capabilities is tube end forming.

What Do We Offer?

Taylor Bends Limited will take orders of any size. If you need just one item bending or rolling, we will be happy to do it, either free issue or complete supply. One-offs are treated just as seriously as large repeat orders. We never turn anyone away and, no matter how small or large the job is, you will receive the same care and attention from our team of dedicated professional engineers at all times.

The range of tubing we can bend on our Mandrel Bending Machines is from 12mm diameter to 60.3mm diameter, with centre line radii from 1D upwards.

On our Ring Rolling Machine we can roll tubes, solids, square and rectangular hollow sections, etc., as curves, coils or helices. Other sections, angle iron, channel, etc., can be rolled into curves.

The Euromac Horizontal Press can form flat and solid bars into closed loops with tight radii, and tubes can also be formed to specific radii.

As we are constantly looking to increase our range of machines and tooling, we may be able to meet your needs even if we do not at present have that particular capability (alternatively, we may know a man that can).
